Our Story
Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd was first established in 2012, in a small town in Cambridgeshire. Throughout the years we have tuned into what childcare is missing and we strive to provide those missing links to promote all children learning.
We believe that all children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support when needed and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively, children will always achieve to their highest potential.
We ensure this by building on each child’s strengths, interests and curiosities. We guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.Working together to enrich their minds and show them key skills that promotes their self-esteem and self awareness.

At Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd our ethos is to prepare children for the next stage of their lives through the development of motor abilities, thinking skills, healthy living and interactions with their peers.
We welcome all children ages, 6 weeks til the first term of their 5th birthday, then thereafter they can join us in our holiday club till they start high school. We also provide a drop off and pick up service to three local schools. Keep reading to learn more!
Director, Deputy Manager, SEN coordinator and  Safeguarding Officer
As Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd's Safeguarding Officer, SENCO, director and deputy manager, Nikita is committed to helping children explore and learn in this unique and child-led environment. Nothing brings Nikita more happiness than seeing the growth and evolution of her students.
Nikita is full police checked, has a BA in Childcare and Development, Child Psychology, BA (honours) in Anthropology and is currently undertaking a MSc in Anthropology which is focusing on identity and behaviour.
Furthermore, she is committed to a continuous learning development and attends up to date and current courses which provide knowledge and understanding to enhance Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd's quality of service.
Nursery Manager
We are currently looking for a manager that has a nurturing personality with a hands-on approach towards learning and developing. Someone the help all children to their unique potential and encourage passion in learning.
Nursery Assistant
Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd is currently looking for a nursery assistant that is dedicated to achieving quality care to all children within the establishment and encourage and strive to enrich children learning.
The Mr to the Mrs ...
With our homely, nurturing and hands-on approach towards learning and development, we are thrilled to introduce Shaun, as a part of the team. He is Nikita’s husband so you may see him around the setting from time to time.
Shaun is police checked and is soon going to be undertaking a paediatric FirstAid.
Holiday Club
Holiday dates are sent to all on our mailing list during the month of September. This will allows parents to book childcare in advance to secure their places through out the year if they should wish.
Opening dates and times for the holiday club will be clarified in that email, and a waiting list for each holiday will open at that time for the rest of they year.
It is unfortunately, due to the high demand for holiday care, it will be on a first come first serve basis for only a small number of spaces. So to ensure your placement is booked please get in contact as soon as possible to avoid disapointment.

No matter what your child's needs, each of our programs will provide the support and tools necessary for optimal growth and development.
As there is a big demand for child care in the area, Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd is happy to announce that we are now open full days for 49 weeks of the year.

Fees and Registration
At Lavender Hill Childcare Ltd, our mission consists of providing a nurturing and unique environment where children feel safe and grow to their full potential.
Our unique Child Care programs offers various activities that are specifically designed to encouraging each child. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease. To achieve this we have highly qualified staff, all current staff have or is in the process of completing a BA in Childcare which encourages the highest standard of childcare possible. This focus is reflected in the fees, however we do pride ourself on the comprehensive rates that do not hinder the high quality education we provide.

Fees:
£5.00 per hour
£33.00 day rate (8.30am -3.30pm)
£19.00 half day rate (either 8.30am -12.30pm or 11.30am- 3.30pm)
